Ramadan is the month of goodness, generosity and the gathering of families and friends, and we celebrated the occasion at SMSCMC locations around the Kingdom as well as within the local community.
With the arrival of the holy month, the CEO Jeremy Charmak sent a message to all employees in various locations, congratulating them on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. In his message, he presented a summary of the key milestones achieved, and acknowledged the employees for their high performance during the first quarter of 2022.
SMSCMC held Ramadan Iftar’s for employees of different nationalities, genders and cultural backgrounds in Riyadh, Dhahran, Taif and Tabuk. It was an opportunity for our teams to engage in a number of sociable diverse gatherings, helping our employees to improve their social wellbeing, whilst increasing the sense of belonging and inclusivity.

Investing in the local community is a priority for the company, especially the younger generation who will be the future, as the Kingdom continues on the path towards Vision 2030 and beyond.
One such opportunity saw SMSCMC, in cooperation with the Benaa Association for Orphans Care in the Eastern Province, provide Ramadan baskets for orphans containing food and personal supplies, in addition to distributing bags for students containing their school supplies.
These initiatives during the month of Ramadan are an affirmation of SMSCMC pride in its values that celebrates diversity and inclusion in line with the Saudi culture and values in the Kingdom.
